OFF SITE CONSTRUCTION
Where possible, we will construct your build off site and organise into larger parts meaning that there is less time on site erecting the building.

Our products are constructed using incredibly robust lightweight steel, meaning there is minimal maintenance or repair.
IN-HOUSE DESIGN TEAM
We have a team of in-house structural designers and engineers to ensure our buildings are structurally sound. Our team will produce detailed drawings for you to check before ordering.
WARRANTIES INCLUDED
Here at 17 Homes, we pride ourselves on using only the highest quality materials to complement our builds, therefore it is not likely that any of the materials used should rot, fade, or decompose under natural weathering. However, to preserve the longevity of your build, we suggest you follow all aftercare and maintenance information provided to you following completion of the works. In the unlikely event that there is still a quality issue with your build following implementation of the correct aftercare and maintenance advice, we offer a range of warranties for your peace of mind.
